I don't sleep well in strange places either. I usually go with one Tylenol PM. It is just enough to help me doze off and I don't wake up in a fog the next day.

I will someday also have to tote three separate dvd players with headphones. Maybe sooner than I think!
Tylenol PM has been my go-to for a looong time but lately I end up waking up a tone during the night or wake up groggy so I am giving Melatonin a try.
We bit the bullet and bought 2 this summer as we spent a month traveling across the US. We have 3 b/c Grandma is traveling with us and brought one as well.

Sleeping in strange places is so hard!! But I do love me a good road trip.
damn...that should have been #1! My travel partner (MIL) might have frowned upon it though.
I also dread bedtimes when we are all crammed into one hotel room. that part has been better than expected.
