When I was seventeen one of my classmates committed suicide. Though we weren't close friends we had a few journalism classes together. He was the most amazing storyteller. All I could think was "I should have known. There should have been some signs." Cat Poland's story of her brother was heartbreakingly honest.
Tracy at Sellabit Mum has the most hysterical daughters. As repeat c-sectioner I was cracking up at her daughters' take on things. Also, I want to live in their world.
Greta wrote a letter to her first husband at Tonya's Letters For Lucas that went straight to my heart. last week a friend of mine was widowed and her 11 month old baby will grow up only hearing stories of her father.
I very recently (as in last week!) discovered Ann Marie and she shared her expectations over at Greta's place. Beautiful, joyous and heartbreak rolled into one.
